Coronavirus - to help reduce the potential spread of infection, we are advising ALL patients to phone before coming to the surgery.

When you ring us, our staff will ask you some questions to determine your condition.  Some of these questions may include if you have a temperature or a cough.  These questions help us to determine the best action to take but also helps protect our staff and other vulnerable patients.

If appropriate, you may receive a call back from a GP or e given other relevant advice.

If you need a repeat prescription please allow 48 working hrs to collect.  We would ask that you nominate a local pharmacy, McKenzies, Medicare or Aghalee,  to pick up your prescription.  If you already have an appointment you will be phoned and informed whether or not you should attend at the practice.

If you already have an appointment at the practice you will be phoned to advise whether or not your appointment will be cancelled or will consist of a telephone appointment.
